At first I bought a few of these for myself with no guilt. I found this to be an equally stunning alternative to Tonimoly panda eyes, which are a whopping $15-$20 each. I often have terribly swollen eyes and something icy brings instant relief. They also appear to be larger than the alternative but I am so disappointed because I bought these for a friend and this was sent to her. First of all the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. I mean look at this thing! And it's so cute in person. Second, a good feeling. No eye irritation. Third, it is the easiest eye product to use. Made just like lip balm. Finally, I didn't see any significant improvement in swelling. It could be a little better, but there are no better 5 stars.

It is highly recommended to put it in the fridge and apply once in the morning and once before bed. 2 weeks difference to the product shown above. feels great after a long day but also refreshes if you're not a morning person.

I love it so much! It's super moisturizing and feels great under the eyes. Lately my eyes have been very swollen due to allergies and this has helped. I would recommend putting it in the fridge to cool further before using. I think this product is comparable if not better than milk makeup cooling water (which I also tried).

The balm has a cooling effect and provides sufficient moisture. In fact, I keep it in the fridge for extra cooling. I have very sensitive skin, no burning or stinging. Would definitely recommend, especially in the summer months and of course for those with puffy eyes.
