I bought this eyeliner mainly because it's cute (polar bear) and partly because I was hoping it would help with dark circles under my eyes. I've noticed a difference and don't feel like my skin looks as purple as it used to. The product is cool and smooth when applied. The pen design is easy to use and applies directly under the eyes. It has a light, clean scent that I really like. It smells nice when you use it and the smell goes away pretty quickly once it's absorbed into your skin. The only downside is that there isn't much product in the box itself. Most of the stick is for beauty only and you can only roll up a tiny portion of the actual moisturizer.
