That's a total waste of $$! While a SMALL product was cool to the touch in the container, there was only a SMALL amount in the container! In fact, when I turned it all the way there was barely 1/8 inch in the tube! It didn't look damaged or melted, just an incredibly small, useless amount. I feel completely betrayed. DO NOT make my purchase mistake. A few years ago, cosmetics company Prescriptives (a high-end department store line acquired by Estee Lauder and then jettisoned) launched a MAGIC Cooling Stick that also offered subtle lightening of under-eye circles. . I love it! So I knew such a product was definitely possible and that's why I made this purchase. BUT this is a FULL advertisement. Fuui! :(
