Super cooling, duplicate for cooling water rod
I love it so much! It's super moisturizing and feels great under the eyes. Lately my eyes have been very swollen due to allergies and this has helped. I would recommend putting it in the fridge to cool further before using. I think this product is comparable if not better than milk makeup cooling water (which I also tried).
