I was looking for wipes that were soft enough for my eyes. I've been using Neutrogena (green pack) for a long time as they were the mildest I could find before Cetaphil. I think Cetaphil and Neutrogena remove eye makeup equally well, but I still get a little stinging in the corners of my eyes. I like Cetaphil better because the texture is smooth and soft and the wipes stay damp like they should. Neutrogena wipes start drying out about 2 weeks after I open the package. The Cetaphil will dry out a bit after opening/reclosing maybe before the last few wipes but that's no big deal, I just put some water on my hands to hydrate it and it still works like a charm.
