Received 8 test packs instead of 3 packs of 25 wipes as advertised. The packaging is not the same and the wipes dry faster. False advertising.

I've always had to make my own makeup remover because my skin is too sensitive to even the 'gentle' versions. I stumbled upon this and gave it a try as I use Cetaphil for everything else. I'm excited! It basically melts makeup off your face in a good way! I only wish they would slosh it out of the bottle and not through the open end, but I'm sure that will come with time!

I have very sensitive skin, so I use a lot of Cetaphil products. I give it points for not irritating my skin, but it just doesn't remove makeup very well. And the napkins are small. It took me two wipes to get most of my makeup off and there was still mascara left (not even waterproof). He is very bad at eye make-up and bad at face make-up. I think they're fine if you're traveling and really need help, but Clean & Clear or Neutrogena wipes are the best alternative.

Cetaphil is a brand I trust so I was excited when they started making them. Other wipes give me breakouts when I use them instead of washing my face, but not this one. They're quite big, so I started cutting them in half (use half in the morning, half at night). They're also great as a camping shower towel or when you've overslept and don't have time to shower. Highly recommended!

Effectively removes makeup, even waterproof eyeliner. I have very sensitive skin and also have an old eye injury so it was important that I had a makeup remover that didn't irritate my skin, especially around the eye area. I'm glad I gave him a chance. There are no unpleasant marks on the skin either, but I still wash my face after removing my makeup. Most importantly, it didn't catch my eye if I accidentally got there. Small things have a big impact.

I was looking for wipes that were soft enough for my eyes. I've been using Neutrogena (green pack) for a long time as they were the mildest I could find before Cetaphil. I think Cetaphil and Neutrogena remove eye makeup equally well, but I still get a little stinging in the corners of my eyes. I like Cetaphil better because the texture is smooth and soft and the wipes stay damp like they should. Neutrogena wipes start drying out about 2 weeks after I open the package. I'm surprised this doesn't have an overall 5 star rating. It removes eye makeup as promised and literally doesn't sting. Maybe it's because I wear contact lenses, but I've found that even something that claims to be soft causes a little discomfort. Not so here - it's like water. No matter how many times I use it, I don't feel anything. Another bonus is that my skin doesn't feel greasy afterwards (I'm always amazed at how smooth my skin looks after using eye makeup remover, even ones advertised…

This thing is amazing. Effortlessly removes mascara and waterproof eyeliner. One star deduction because of the bottle design; there is nothing that would slow down the liquid when pouring onto a tampon. You have to put something in the hole in the vial so they don't spend as much on each use.

Everything is great here, but there is one downside. There is no tiny hole in the top, but a giant hole. When I pour it out it's so wasteful because I won't even use it! As you can see from the picture, other brands have a tiny hole, but this one has a huge hole. Please try to improve it, everything else is fine.
