I'm surprised this doesn't have an overall 5 star rating. It removes eye makeup as promised and literally doesn't sting. Maybe it's because I wear contact lenses, but I've found that even something that claims to be soft causes a little discomfort. Not so here - it's like water. No matter how many times I use it, I don't feel anything. Another bonus is that my skin doesn't feel greasy afterwards (I'm always amazed at how smooth my skin looks after using eye makeup remover, even ones advertised as oil-free). I am very satisfied with this product.
