The item arrived on time and well packaged. I have a long history of sinus headaches and the pressure behind my eyes is uncomfortable at best. I ordered an eye mask and immediately put it in the freezer. After about an hour he was ready to go. The mask has velcro fasteners on the ends of the strap and is easy to adjust to the size of the head. The eye is light and can confirm your eye area. I really like the eye cuts I've tried on others and it was very uncomfortable for my eyes. Those who prefer heat can microwave them according to the directions on the package. However, I only use it straight from the freezer for the headaches I have, so I can't speak to the warming part of this mask. This mask gets me back to my normal daily routine by reducing the sinus pressure behind my eyes. This is useful for about a good hour or so before needing to put it back in the freezer. If I plan to lie down with this and it's initially too cold to apply directly to the skin around my eyes, I'll take a thin, dry washcloth and apply it to my eyes. Then put the eye mask on it until I get used to the temperature of the eye mask, then I pull out the washcloth. Sinus headache downtime has almost halved since I got this. Another thing is that it's odorless and doesn't seem to absorb freezer smells, so that's a bonus.
