I have several DE safety razors. I saw this one, liked the look and thought it would be a good idea to add DE razors to your arsenal one at a time. The shaver itself looks fantastic, the build quality is good. The weight is good. not too heavy or light. But unfortunately none of this matters if the shave is very bad. I've tried this several times with the blades that came with it and with other blades. It takes a lot of exercise to get a close shave, but it's also very bad. I haven't shaved like this since I was a teenager! I looked like Dracula had attacked my neck. Unfortunately I don't use this razor anymore, it's not worth hurting me. Too bad a nice razor but that's all.
