Quality of the product is at the level, I will recommend this product

I took a few years ago for 4000. Happy with the choice. Fotik justifies itself to this day. I'm not looking for a replacement. I bought 4 AA Varta Ready To Use 2600 mA batteries with low self-discharge for it. A couple in the works, and a couple spares, enough for a long time. Sometimes I don't even take a spare pair with me. The indication of the battery discharge appears earlier than necessary, but at the same time the camera still works for a long time, probably longer than before the indication appeared.

Pros
  • More or less compact. Good design, easy to use, controls are adequately thought out. Variation in 3 colors (black, red, silver). I wanted to take black, but from the rest, I chose silver. I took it specifically for shooting in manual mode, I never regretted it! Lots of manual settings. Good optics. At ISO 200-400 noise is acceptable. But I shoot at 80 whenever possible and increase the shutter speed or aperture if there is not enough light. The pictures come out pretty good. Work from finger AA batteries and accumulators. If you adjust the fotik, then the energy does not consume much. I sometimes use a flash in slow sync mode to stretch the frame, it also helps out.
Cons
  • The flash takes a long time to charge and eats a lot of energy, although I do not like to shoot with a flash, and do not often use it. When using batteries, an icon appears early, indicating the discharge. I would like a slightly wider set of settings, for example, shutter speeds up to 30 seconds or more, and shooting in RAW, or at least JPEG in very high quality. With a long focus, the choice of aperture decreases. The matrix is noisy.
