later When I opened the box and saw the card offering $ for a review I thought at first I now understand why the reviews are so high/cheap were for the product…. This meant I immediately felt I had been tricked into spending money on a purchase based on overblown reviews. Well, to my surprise, after a few weeks of use, this hair remover turned out to be excellent. The remover has a solid construction and is easy to use right out of the box. The trimming/hair removal attachment removes hair quickly and quietly and is rechargeable; so no batteries to replace and much more power. I have tried several hair removers over the years and this is a great hair remover. The only thing this hair remover lacks is light... and that would be perfect! Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product.
