This totally ruined my skin. I have sensitive combination skin prone to acne. Before using this cleanser I had multiple breakouts - usually a few hormonal patches during my period. I bought it because I thought it might help them. I read and saw many reviews where people claimed it was the holy grail for them so I got hopes up and went ahead and bought it. I saw a few negative reviews but as there were a large number of positive ones I hoped for the best. Well that was a mistake. My skin is worse than ever. It's red, hot, inflamed, and incredibly painful. It feels very tight and I've started to develop large clusters of breakouts that make it difficult for me to move my face (smiling and eating hurts). I've been using this product consistently for the past two weeks and it's only getting worse over time. I stopped using it and now I have to put an ice pack and aloe on my face to ease the discomfort a bit. I really wanted this product to work for me, but it definitely didn't. It also has a very strong smell (almost like a multi-purpose cleaner) which I had to get used to a few times. My face definitely feels tight after washing, as others have mentioned. If you use this make sure you are very well hydrated for aftercare. I've never tried this before so I don't know if it's fake or the original formula. I would like this product to be refunded, but this is not the case. So be careful if you get it and it doesn't work you might get stuck with it.
