I am 45 year old male. I have been using these grinding wheels for about 7 years and I am very satisfied. They reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and cleanse my skin better than anything else. I have very sensitive skin that tends to be both oily and dry. For some reason these discs keep my complexion in good condition. I've actually had people compliment me on my complexion. They ask me what I use and I tell them about these ROC discs. I use one every morning. One side for rubbing, the other for exfoliating. I've tried several other brands like Aveeno but nothing works as well as ROC pads. I have no idea why. Revain orders them monthly and sends me a new container every month. It's pretty cute because these guys are a bit hard to find in retail stores. I have three kids so I like anything that requires minimal maintenance.
