Customer service was very helpful

The product is excellent as is the customer service. A part was missing, called customer service and they took care of it straight away. I used it today and am very happy with its performance.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Updates

Good product! suitable for electronic devices

I liked the efficiency. I used it for a cross country trip and back and it worked flawlessly for 31 days! I have a 50 liter model. The only downside is that it sweats in very humid conditions (south of Florida). Only used as a freezer.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Expensive

Ideal for traveling

Ideal for use in a van or RV for long journeys or relaxing at the beach. You don't have to worry about ice anymore. The only downside is that it's heavy, especially after eating. but that's something we can work around.

Pros
  • Great value for money
Cons
  • Only available in black

Barely reaches freezing point.

I'm still studying the block. So far not impressed. Barely reaches freezing point. Walked for several hours. In the morning it was 9 degrees. Checking with my thermometer on the bottom of the device showed 29 degrees. Three days later, a gallon pitcher half full of water sits on the bottom of the machine, still warm. It is not yet known if there is a problem with the device or if it cannot achieve the specified cooling/freezing capacity. ARB not taking calls - possibly because of Corona V.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • It's hard to say

Great addition for road trips and car camping. VAN LIFE

Lives up to its reputation so far. doesn't consume much battery power and things stay evenly cool. Much nicer than constantly changing the ice in the fridge and eating raw food when something isn't quite tight. We use it on car trips as well as camping. We have a separate small battery to power the fridge when the machine is off. Depending on how cold we set it (it freezes things if you want) we use about 1 amp hour an hour on average, so even a very small 14 amp hour battery will power it for…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Has flaws
