Bought this item decades ago for 99 cents and thought it would never wear out. Unfortunately when it started cracking a few years ago I replaced it with a Solux which was the closest I could find. It took me a few showers to get used to Solux, which is rougher than Body Shop fabric, but I gave it a positive review after learning how to use it with less effort. I purchased this to replace a damp exfoliating towel from Earth Therapeutics when I was unable to purchase from Bed Bath & Beyond during the pandemic. The Revain towel is a bit smaller than the other one but I can live with that. However, the Revain towel is much softer and gets even softer after a few uses. I bought this to replace my loofah. It's a bit rough so I'd suggest being very gentle if you have sensitive skin like me. It foams up my shower gel very well and penetrates the hard spots on my back that I couldn't reach before. I even use it once a week (VERY GENTLE) on my face to get rid of all the dead skin and makeup that has built up on my skin. I always feel so clean after using it. Love it but just know that when there is a lot of pressure it can be difficult. BE GENTLE on your skin.

It doesn't do anything to my skin. I bought two of these and they are a lot softer than they look. How would they look if I used them for a few months?
