Works, follow instructions

This works very well for someone who shaves almost twice a week and I'm a woman! I have thyroid issues and am of an age where hair grows faster in the wrong places than where you want it to. I was very shy with the "5 o'clock shadow effect". Currently I can't afford laser hair removal and I was desperate as I have very sensitive skin (creams and waxes left hair and did nothing but burn my skin leaving it red and damaged). It changes my life a lot because removing hair on upper lip and chin does

Well! Epilator on epilator

Oh! They take some getting used to, but definitely not as painful as other methods. Personally I can't wax because my skin is too sensitive and gets red and ends up with a mustache rash - not fun if you are, I promise. I had to watch a few YouTube videos before I figured out what I was doing wrong. There are no instructions, so be prepared! But reading what everyone else is instructing in the reviews, I recommend watching the YouTube tutorial. Serious. If you can see it during the explanations…

perfect quick, cheap and safe fix for that facial hair

What a great way to remove unwanted hair! You can just sit in your living room chair in front of the TV and rub it all over your face to remove the hair from the root. The spring grabs several hairs at once and confidently pulls them out like tweezers. They can go for a week before the roots show up again. It's only going to hurt a lot the first time you pull up to 25 or 50 at a time. So don't let that pain stop you from using it - it's a one-time thing. Then if you keep it going about every 3…

Great value but handles don't rotate

I first tried this method of facial hair removal with a similar product from Bellabe that was between $15-$20 each. Aside from the initial discomfort, I really enjoyed it - the rampant bushy growth after menopause hardened me against the shock of pulling those little hairs out. After a few months my bellabe started to oxidize and I started looking for an alternative. Here you get five for the price of one (or less than one!) - so far so good. But this one is smaller, which means, contrary to…

Almost useless hair remover :(

I ordered these back in 2014 and I was very happy with them. I had ordered before but when I received them I knew straight away that they weren't. The first set, The ones I ordered had a much tighter coil and stayed straight when I held them. They tilted when I held them and definitely didn't work the same.On the first use I had to go over the same spot several times to get the hairs out of a few old ones and they worked better than these after a year and a half. They have other colors too. The…

Some practice required

Well after reading reviews of different brands of spring epilators I decided on the cheaper type because honestly based on the reviews I found them difficult to master and didn't want to spend $15. -20 for something that would frustrate me and throw the box away never to be used again. After just a few tries, I got used to these things within the first 5 minutes. I basically waxed my mustache and it worked like a charm. I had to look in the mirror to see if all the hair was falling out. After…
