Been trying to download the software from the link in the answer section for weeks, nothing! It's a joke, it just takes you in circles without downloading anything! I'm not sure if there is any software/drivers that will work with this device, I think you'll have to write your own program. Send it back and get a programmer that really works.

I managed to reflash the BIOS chip which failed. I also bought a black clip, thinking that I would not solder the microcircuit from the board - it did not work out. I end up using a small mounting board that works great. Good product.

Ease of use is relative for this type of product, isn't it? Hopefully you've already stopped double-clicking on hard drives and relying on an autoinstaller when buying a product like this. But it worked as expected. If you're like me, you probably choose this to try and fix your bricked Chromebook. I'm happy to report that this worked great for this purpose and I unlocked a faulty Acer Chromebook firmware. Just follow the instructions in the email and you'll be fine.

Good product was able to flash the BIOS on my Dell E6420 and revive it after Windows 10 blocked it. Would love to see a guide, but this topic is covered in great detail on YouTube.

Mac's built-in drivers make it very easy to use. The open source toolchain works seamlessly. The only problem is the location of the first contact. I've spent a lot of time troubleshooting when I've just mixed up contacts. Refer to the diagram and don't assume you know where first contact is.
