Allows me to charge the GH5 for hours and as the GH5 has two slots I can record non-stop. I'm not sure if that's always a good thing because after 6 hours the actors go nuts!

I love this AC powered battery but battery door stays open. However, it's good if you need to be at the door and film an entire scene. I wouldn't use it outside with the battery compartment open.

This product is much cheaper than the manufacturer's version and works very well as far as I know. The design of the connector and the battery layout allows it to be used not only with the camera but also with the battery grip.

Works like a champ on my Panasonic GH5s but not sure I want to give credit for that on my expensive gear. The quality matches the price, but any damage to the camera is your responsibility. risk versus reward. I used it twice, it worked as advertised. Then my feet got cold. It's great not having to worry about charging and changing batteries while taking pictures. Recommended if you keep your cameras static (or on a slider). I will sometimes use it with an AC adapter in places where there isn't good access to electricity - it's much more reliable than wired than using a dual USB AC adapter for the Panasonic GH series.

This worked perfectly for my GH5s. I've used it when I'm recording on my desktop (either filming a talking head or conducting an online meeting as a webcam). This allows me to record/stream continuously for a long time. I even forgot to turn the camera off a few times during the night and the camera stayed on for a full 10 hours with no issues (although I don't recommend that). Great product for the price! I bought one and quickly ordered another knowing it worked and was trustworthy. The build quality isn't bad, I could see that the cable coming out of the dummy battery would tire over time if mishandled, but as long as you don't put the weight of the transformer on it I think it will last becomes .
