I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface which makes navigation super fast! I like how easy it is to set up alerts for my team members so that we can ensure everyone stays informed when something needs attention or has changed! The dashboard layout could use some tweaking, but this product seems pretty stable in its current state - perhaps if you were looking at more recent releases with new features they have added maybe there are other concerns?
