Problematic: my feedback

I'm suspicious that this is the real stuff. It peels off almost instantly because the adhesive isn't right. The edges also fray. I've been using the small rolls of Strength Tape for about a year, and there is no comparison.

Pros
  • ‎Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Might not be effective for certain types of injuries

Works great! - my new review

Tape came on time and has worked great! I am a physical therapist and we use it in the clinic all the time with great results.

Pros
  • ‎1.45 Pounds
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for heavy lifting

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It gives the knees support.

I use this tape because of an accident, a Toyota Tundra hit me. Both knees were hurt, among other things. This tape helps stabilize them so I can walk or stand. I was suppose to wear braces but that only weekend my knees. The tape works very well & I can leave it on for 3 to 4 days.

Pros
  • Great value
Cons
  • May not be effective for chronic pain

AWESOME TOP OF THE LINE TAPE!

I injured my foot last July. I waited til January to see a Podiatrist. She suggested taping. I found this tape which can withstand SOME wetness. It might curl on the edges and need to be clipped off. Otherwise it remains well. If the water is minimalized . I've worn it on my foot for THREE DAYS before retaping . only to have a fresh bandage . it was STILL STICKING! :D Worth the money in bulk!

Pros
  • Helps minimize the risk of injury while allowing you to push your performance to its limits
Cons
  • Could cause irritation when exposed to sweat or moisture

Must have for injury recovery

Highly recommended for injury recovery. If you overwork an area on your body and need time to recover, buy this tape to help you recover (granted you're taping correctly). I've been using it to recover my ankle sprain and sore shoulder and elbow pain from volleyball, it's done wonders for me. However, it's only worked in my off playing time for recovery, I use Rocktape while playing or Beasttape and both of those have stayed on my body better. I sweat a ton, so I only use this for recovery…

Pros
  • Medical Supplies & Equipment
Cons
  • Could cause discomfort or itching

Could stick a bit better

Adhesive is the only reason i didn’t give it a 5 star. It doesn’t stick well during any kind of light work out or bending. My PT tape she has will stick during a hurricane! But other than that. It is what it is.

Pros
  • This stuff is best
Cons
  • Might not be as effective as other methods of pain relief

Can we make it stick longer?

Works well.Doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to. Once it is wet in the shower it really doesn’t last much longer. I use on my knees every day as I am in the fitness industry so longer wear time would be better

Pros
  • ‎Carex
Cons
  • Could cause skin discoloration

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It’s relatively weaker and thin kinesiology tape

The tape is relatively thin and weak comparing with other tapes I used. It’s not easy to apply on skin for some patterns. I use tapes often on my patients and athletes. It’s still working. Price is better than most other kinesiology tapes. It’s good for people with thin skin.

Pros
  • It works very good
Cons
  • it does not hold up in water. no matter what Ironman says.

The Best!: my feedback

The best kt tape on the market that I know of. Do Not waste your money on Rock Tape or Therapist Choice kt tape. The glue on RT also TC do not stick as well as the stretch that is half as much as ST.

Pros
  • ‎7.25 x 2 x 7.25 inches
Cons
  • May not be water-resistant

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Weak adhesion on my review.

The adhesion becomes problematic when you sweat, even adhering to itself or the skin and after rubbing it after applied to increase adhesiveness. Disappointing

Pros
  • Braces, Splints & Supports
Cons
  • Could be difficult to remove without pulling hair

this is the best of them

I've tried rocktap and k-tape, this is the best of them. I can put it on and know it will stay in place for at least a week without it come off at all. The rock and k-tape both came off within 2 days.

Pros
  • ‎Red
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for certain body types

Falls off almost immediately, does not stick!

Initially I thought it was a great buy, that is until it was delivered and I tried it. In the past I’ve used several different brands of this type of tape, none of them stuck as little as this does. It’s easy to apply and has good stretch but is falling off just a couple of hours after it’s applied. There’s no way it could be worn for even 24 hours let alone more than 24 hours like they claim. It’s also supposed to be waterproof but I can’t imagine it is since it won’t stick to dry skin. Btw I…

Pros
  • Helps reduce pain and discomfort in the affected area, promoting faster healing and recovery
Cons
  • May rip or tear easily

works great and stays long

the best around . I am returning this one because I thought it was the giant roll but it wasn't so otherwise this tape works .it stays on with good care and proper application for me about 5-7 days even with aqua pool therapy and showers .it also make pain less I guess its the ions

Pros
  • This tape has gotten me through my torn rotator and my wife's two hand surgeries.
Cons
  • Not enough adhesion.

Does Not Adhere for my opinion

This is probably the worst tape I have ever purchased. It just does not adhere well. Even after wiping down the skin with alcohol and letting it dry then applying tape. Guess you get what you pay for. I will continue to use it until it’s gone but I will not purchase this brand again.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • May not be as effective as traditional physical therapy

Great for athletes in my review

I use this in my sports massage practice. My endurance athletes love it. Both the tape and adhesive is very durable. Do not use on anyone with thin or sensitive skin.

Pros
  • Worked much better than I anticipated for worn knees.
Cons
  • Could cause allergic reactions

Best tape! best in my review

By far best tape I’ve used as far as adhesion. Been using kinesio tape for about a year now and have tried just about every brand. Really happy with this one.

Pros
  • Provides optimal compression, improving blood and lymphatic flow, and reducing inflammation
Cons
  • Might not be suitable for sensitive skin

tape doesn't stick

This tape did not hold for even an hour. I purchase this tape 2 times per month, and this grouping was completely defective. either it is old, or the storage is incorrect. Would not recommend. It is a waste of money.

Pros
  • TRY THEM ALL: Find StrengthTape in uncut & precut rolls to use where needed & precut kits that target joints & muscle group injury & pain in the neck, back, calf, ankle, quad, wrist, shoulder, & knee. For athletes & non-athletes. Available in many colors.
Cons
  • Might not be recommended by healthcare professionals

Great tape good for me

I'v been suing this tape for few years but I just need in a big roll to save money. You have to do your own cut but otherwise products works great. Just apply to clean skin and make sure skin is dry. Usually stay well with good rubbing after apply .

Pros
  • Easy to apply and remove, making it hassle-free to use during workouts or competitions
Cons
  • Could be uncomfortable under clothing

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ordered several times.

Hold tight wonderfully. Stretches and turnes in any direction you want. Learned differently application from my physical therapist.

Pros
  • BREATHEABLE & DURABLE: StrengthTape Kinesiology Tape is made of breathable stretch cotton fabric tape to give support & stability to muscles, joints & tendons without limiting range of motion like sport braces. 35-meter-long roll. Cut to preferred size.
Cons
  • Might not be effective for post-surgical recovery

Works alright, bit doesn't stick for long

I use k tape at work all the time. When I was diagnosed with a tear to my TFCC and scapholunate ligaments, I bought myself a roll of this stiff to have at home. The stretch is great but the adhesion leaves much to be desired. The moment it touches water or clothing, the edges start to peel. This would be fine on areas that aren't going to come in contact with moisture or friction from other material or body parts.

Pros
  • RECOVER & PREVENT: Back at it after an injury or want to prevent injury? StrengthTape supports targeted areas & adds compression to recovering injuries. Breathable cotton tape with AllSport adhesive can be worn up to 5 days in most conditions--even water.
Cons
  • May not provide enough compression
