I'm 5'6", 185 lbs and have a big head. I go big over XL (I'm online) because I love layering, but hoods tend to be too small and can even pull on the head and cause neck pain. I have another plain Hanes L sweatshirt from Sprawl-Mart and I hate the fit, but I really like the fit of this sweatshirt; long sleeves but not baggy, very comfortable right after the [digital] stand and a nice big hood that encloses the head but doesn't pull so the neck doesn't hurt and doesn't look like a grim reaper…

I like its light weight. Unfortunately the fit didn't work for me. I'm 6'1 and 245 (a bit softer than I would like to be), I bought the XXL. I've spent some time in the gym, but I don't have "huge" arms by any means. I find it uncomfortably tight on the forearms, upper arms and upper arms, but oddly normal on the body. The hood is big enough but not too big.
