🔮 Mega Peewee Marbles: Assorted Styles for Endless Fun! Review

Not 1/2! I bought these because I need more balls for the marble tower and the 5/8 sizes are too big and this is the only smaller size I could find on Amazon. They were too small. I thought there was no way it could be 1/2 so I broke my calipers and in fact I would say they are about 1.3mm less than 1/2. What I really need is a 9/16 bead, but I can't find it anywhere. If you just want little balls that appear to be three times the size of a standard 5/8 go for them, if you want 1/2 don't worry.

They are smaller than advertised 1/2" size. This is an issue for us as we bought them to use with the MarbleWorks race which really uses 1/2" diameter balls. The difference in size causes some problems. Smaller marbles can bunch up and get stuck in a race when launching multiple at once - this has never been a problem with MarbleWorks marbles. If your race involves a jump, the small marbles will fly differently and may not necessarily achieve the same thing. I was trying to save a few bucks but

I was very disappointed with these balls. The colors are nice etc. But the balls arrived broken and it wasn't ready when delivered. It was sent well packaged with other items and the other items are fine as is the packaging. I think someone put them in a marble bag knowing they cracked. Tiny shards of glass shattered everywhere, and there were shards on the bullets everywhere. I've sent balloons before and this has never happened to me. I think they are of poor quality. We love the little glass marbles in our house, but these are the ugliest marbles I've ever seen. NONE LIKE THE PICTURE. They all look like a second-class factory defect - like they're made out of scrap glass. Most of them are a disgusting blood red-brown color with some kind of dirty cream tint.
