Muscular. Good Value - Lighting and Studio

These are great and versatile light stands. I used them to light and hold the microphone on the boom. I'm not worried about light or mic drop. So far no problems. They appear to be built like a tank.

Great for VR setup for lighting and studio

I use these stands to hold three Oculus Rift sensors, the stands are aluminum and support the weight of the sensors very well. They do their job very well and recommend if that is your goal.

    Great for the price.

Works as advertised. The only criticism I have of them is that the support bars that attach to the carry case are a bit loose after first use, but they hold up pretty well and are very strong.

    Sturdy and great quality

I've only been using them for a year so I'll have to check them out later but now I've taken them out of the box and I'm in love with them, so durable, firm, great quality and unbeatable price . I've bought 8 of these so far to replace all my terrible amateur racks. Featured!

    Batman Holy Rugged Stand

I've had everything from cheap junk to $300+ Manfro and they're just awesome @$$. Throw some sandbags at your feet and overload them and they'll keep working. I've had small Alienbee 1600 flashes with 86" shades and they don't mind. Use it to save your money and invest in glass people. Enjoy!

Solid and Well Made: Lighting & Studio

After two years of buying flimsy/weak unstable tripods when I bought lighting kits that would include these I finally told myself to stop to pay the high price. The price of cheap devices, I bought them after much searching, canning and product reviews and hit the jackpot for the price. These light stands will last me a long time unless I decide to throw them off the roof of a New York skyscraper.

Rock solid, spring loaded, heavy so they are heavy

Sturdy posts with reinforced spring sections. Damn hard. Stable tripods with a Buff Einstien or Godox DP1000III attached to a Godox 58-inch octagonal softbox are rock solid. Just pay someone else to carry them when you're shooting outdoors. I'm in the process of ordering a second set of these, with a Good clip for the reflector ($10) They become helpers you don't have to pay for. :)
