Sturdy, spring-loaded, heavy so they're heavy
loaded sections. Damn hard. Stable tripods with a Buff Einstien or Godox DP1000III attached to a Godox 58-inch octagonal softbox are rock solid. Just pay someone else to carry them when you're shooting outdoors. I'm in the process of ordering a second set of these, with a Good clip for the reflector ($10) They become helpers you don't have to pay for. :)
