Works well for engines that drip oil.

pads are very absorbent. Two inboard engines have multiple oil leaks. Place a few under the engines and in the hold. would recommend. Will not replace absorbent powder for large spills in stores etc.

Absorbing oil pads are best for devices

Very good for absorbing shoe abrasion and oil. Could also be good for the inside of your front door. The fibers can easily stick to the carpet or rug. Reduces soiling on floors or vehicles and wherever you place them

Cons
  • Compatibility

Great for picture hangers

These are amazing things. Working near the plane involves spilling a lot of liquids that are very absorbent. We used another brand before and it didn't absorb half as much. They also repel water so you can use them to sop up fuel spilled on water.

Cons
  • Not bad

Okay, but the wind pushes them on.

They work as advertised but are so light that the slightest wind blows them out from under my vintage car. I have to find a way to complain to her. I put four of these under my vintage car that is leaking gear oil.

Cons
  • Hardly ever

I wish I had them sooner!

I have three old tractors with oil leaks. I'm tired of constantly sweeping the oil dry. Now when I park them I drop the mat and I don't have a mess. Too bad I didn't get these pig rugs for a long time. I won't be without her anymore. I even put one under the chainsaw.

Cons
  • Doubt

Just buy it! You won't regret it

I'll use these mats until they last. Super thick and absorbent, they really suck! I mean absorbing oil without absorbing water. Stop using your towels and kitty litter. I have been using this material for many years. Just stop and buy this pack.

Cons
  • Hard to say

Helped me with a diesel leak on my boat

I used about half a pack of these mats to suck diesel out of my boat's bilge before it turned on the bilge pump and dumped the diesel overboard. When I finished there was only some water left that I had in the cargo hold before the diesel leak. Very impressed with these mats! I have a few under the engine bay. I love that they are perforated (tear very easily), are white so easily show oil or whatever, and you can even trim them to fit. Very satisfied. Just ordered a new refill pack!

Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Excellent goods! Picks up oil in standing water without picking up water!

Excellent material. If you have a small oil spill, even in the water, these things work great. I poured a small amount of oil into a bucket of water just to test and it soaked up the oil without soaking up the water. I still have dry cleaning on hand in case of a major spill, but for most jobs, especially everyday drops, these things are great. They are perforated so if you get a small drop you don't have to use the whole pad. I typically keep half a pad for about a week and reuse it daily only
