So I guess my nose is very pliable because to be honest I could only tell a difference after nightly use. I took a before and after picture just to see what we were dealing with and I suddenly saw a small change in my bridge. Very little, but still very important. After that has been said. It's very uncomfortable. I slept with mine and had a terrible night's sleep. The heaviness in the nose does not go away during sleep, and if you do not breathe normally through your mouth, I find it difficult

I've used this product to lift the tip of my nose but I've been using it for almost 2 months, 30 minutes or more EVERY day. And I see no change! You can try, but there is no guarantee it will work!

So far I am very happy with the results. I broke my nose when I was younger and it didn't heal right away. This is the most comfortable shaper I've tried so far. This product is comfortable to wear and cheaper than surgery. Also the sellers are very helpful and very polite. I even breathe better wearing it at night.
