My business is wedding stationery. The scoring and folding is a big part of the process. I have bought over 10 different creasing machines and this is the best. This makes a perfect crease without even cutting the paper. The folds are always even, not rough and torn like after folding. It works great with several rating boards I have. It's a bit slippery and gets out of hand at times, but that's a small price to pay for professional-looking stationery!

We make small brochures for hobbyists and use a creasing machine instead of an automatic folder. We found this to be a good "real bone" creator and definitely worth the money. The only limitation we have is that the folds are too thick (wide) for our purposes. The plastic creases we use appear thin and even damage the paper if handled carelessly.
