When I was younger I broke my lower back as a teenager and always had back pain. I wore it to work under my shirt and noticed some relief at the end of the day. I really liked that it was thin enough not to be noticed.

It's great because it's not too wide and not bulky at all. These are double straps for more support and you can adjust them. You stay when you stand. You may have to adjust if you sit for long periods of time, but it's not a big deal. It's great for the price. It helps with my back pain and I can only recommend it!

I have struggled with sciatic pain for many years. I can honestly say I am so confident that this back brace for women will help my lower back and I will never forget to use it on a daily basis. I reviewed this product and it was a dream come true for my lumbar region. I have accidental damage and I was using a typical back brace that was too stiff and bulky. I have used this brace several times and switched to another brace and it is great. I recommend you try it out and see if you like it better than what you're currently using.

I have occasional lower back creases that get stuck from time to time, even if I don't sleep well. It only takes one wrong move and I see stars. I bought this for my lower back and feel a lot more confident when I can move around without worrying about it getting stuck. I'm a size 12, woman 5'3" and it's great for the lower back and thighs. Because of the way it stretches, it can fit anyone, small or small. Love it!

Easy to put on, adjust and wear. Cozy. It just didn't feel like it was doing anything to ease the pain or provide support. Won't compress too much, even with the extra straps that are part of the wrap. In the end it didn't seem to bring any help or relief. The company contacted me after I posted my initial review (2 stars) and offered me a $50 Revain gift certificate if I changed my review to 5 stars. So I lowered my rating to 1 star.

I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction and rely on supports to hold my feet up during the workday. My old belt lasted almost 10 years. So when I needed a new one, I wanted the same or better quality. It's not that belt. The velcro on this belt isn't actually velcro? Or it doesn't have the same deep connection as other braces in the past, it's very flimsy and easy to remove. When I work, my belt comes loose several times a day and it's very inconvenient! To be honest I thought my pants were torn…
