Flimsy Springs that Disappoint

These springs from the Industrial and Scientific category were a letdown. They were lacking in quality and flexibility, making it difficult to achieve proper leveling of the printer bed. However, the one positive aspect was their affordable price. Unfortunately, it seemed like you get what you pay for with these springs.

Pros
  • Easy to use and install.
Cons
  • May require frequent adjustments to maintain desired level of print quality.

Replaced Creality Ender 3 Pro springs with these, much better!

Installation took no more than 10 minutes and that's because I was in a dark basement. The springs are much stiffer than the original Creality Ender 3 Pro that came with them. Give them an hour to "settle down" a bit. I recommend making small deductions until the springs get used to the compression. Realign after each print. After day one I didn't have to change the level between prints.

Pros
  • Additional Instruction: Generally there are yellow, blue, red, green, brown springs sorted by different load, SIQUK tool spring is YELLOW, which is the lightest load; Heated springs work well for high load applications, but also for various other applications
Cons
  • Very expensive

I haven't had to level the bed on my Ender 3 V2 for a month now.

The name says it all. The factory springs were pretty soft and unstable; I thought my bed had warped at some point because I just couldn't get everything straight with the hot end on the corners after making sure Had the bed was really flat I ordered it and installed it - after about 15 minutes of very careful initial calibration the bed held its position for the last month.Much cheaper and easier to set up than the BLtouch module., and scored some pretty incredible ones Results.

Pros
  • Size: Hole Diameter (OD): 8mm/0.31in; Shaft Diameter (ID): 4mm / 0.16in; Length: 0.78"/ 20mm
Cons
  • Damaged
