Well I've owned this for 2 months but only used it a few times. And they didn't abuse it. The black tip broke off. how can i replace it

Correct pen but doesn't activate when you pull it out, checked my settings to make sure they're correct, should activate Quick Memo, when you drag it from the black screen but it does nothing

Pen works great no problems with it. This is exactly what I ordered and it arrived a day early. I like the pen but it keeps falling out. I lost it again but I won't buy another one because if they keep falling out then why keep buying?

Was very dissatisfied, I ordered two replacement pens for my Lg Stylo 4 and one arrived broken. These pens cost $18 each and arrived broken, I'm not happy at all. Now I'm also going through the process of returning. What an inconvenience!
