wow just wow, firstly the box was very damaged when it finally arrived and on top of that the box was opened and only contained 3 wipes and the box said it should be 5 be. I'm very disappointed because this is my first time trying to make wax strips and so far it's been a terrible start. I don't know if I should trust the product at all as it was probably open most of the time.

You get what is described in the product description. The box was in perfect condition and if you are a brave person this should suit you perfectly. Waxing is painful, and with that in mind, I'll leave it to a professional. I can't pull the strips hard enough or fast enough. I would recommend getting some baby oil just in case you run out of pre-moistened toiletries as they don't seem to work after the first strip of wax.
