This is not the Bose product we are used to!

The sound is terrible. It's just highs, no bass, and no mids at all. I'm a huge Bose fan which is why I made this purchase but there are far better sounding TV sound systems out there for less money compared to this one!

Best purchase I've made all year

Love this sound system. I have a complete hearing loss in one ear and a partial hearing loss in the other, and this system has a feature that allows you to make voices louder and reduce background music or noise that occurs during the show. The best purchase I've made all year.

Don't expect it to sound like a surround sound system

Realize this is a soundbar, don't expect it to sound like a surround sound system. In addition, this device requires a power cord connected to an electrical outlet. This is not entirely clear from the description and photos. If you mount it on the wall as intended, you will have to hide the cable.

Item for sale as new.

Just received in the mail. They sold it as new and I paid full price for it but when I opened the outer box I knew straight away that it had been used, of course I'm very upset. I paid for something new and I expect to receive it in pristine condition. I am posting pictures so you can see what I mean. I paid for a new one and am expecting a new one, not something someone got rid of.

Good sound, GREAT built in remotes

Sounded good - not great but good. MUCH better than the flat sound that comes from a TV. If you already have a decent speaker system with a subwoofer, it might not sound as good. Think of it more like a center channel speaker in a surround sound system. Bass is decent too - if you're used to a subwoofer you'll feel a little disappointed.
