I made this for a friend who is recovering from surgery. The fabric is soft and of good quality. I've gotten other faux fur blankets on Amazon and the quality was poor, so given the cheap price I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this blanket. I did NOT test the button issue discussed in other reviews because it was packaged nicely and didn't want to ruin it for a gift basket.

Beautiful packaging. It's the perfect size, so soft and cozy. The only problem and reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the buttons that keep the wrap from slipping off when I move, although very good, are too big for the buttonholes. Since the holes are well made (and not just holes in the fabric) I need to replace the buttons for the packaging to work as intended.

I love this cape! I bought this to wear outside when sitting on the porch on chilly evenings, but I've found that it's also a great 'shirt' for reading in a chilly bedroom at night! I like buttons so you can do it and keep your hands free. Two pockets make it easy to keep your phone close at hand. The color is very feminine. I am also gifting this to my best friend who will use it in the same way; It came in beautiful presentation packaging!

I used this in my office as it is very cold there. First of all, it's very soft, but doesn't keep you as warm as I hoped, maybe because the back is shorter so cold air gets in. Also, this thought has lots of lint that ends up all over the place, especially on my black office chair, even after washing it still lingers. I would say this is the most annoying part for me, but other than that it can be used if it's not too cold. It's always 70 degrees in my office and I'm still a bit cold.

This was designed for packaging but isn't flexible enough to be pretty; more like a hard stole leaving gaps for air to enter. But it's a nice long, narrow blanket, long enough to cover most of the body, heavy enough to actually be toasty, with two (think two) snuggly surfaces. , on one side a curly sherpa, on the other lusciously velvety soft and wide enough to just barely cover a rather narrow body.
