They stay cold for about 12 hours. They fit perfectly in my pump bag. I use one at a time and six bottles stay cold enough for 12 hours. I keep one in the freezer and one in my bag and alternate at 6am and 6pm.

I thought these were pre-filled and factory sealed ice packs. That's definitely not true. They have some kind of powder that activates when water is added. No thank you. I'd rather have something factory sealed than something that can leak

Exactly as described, arrived quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the blue plastic makes it difficult to fill with water as you can't see the waterline. I even tried holding it up to the light but it's still hard to see. Still, I'm glad the plastic is thick and makes these ice packs durable. I would buy it again but maybe if the instructions listed the fill level so I could measure the water that way and not the fill line as that is hard to see.
