In 2018, I purchased a Ledger nano S. It's an understatement to say I'm dissatisfied. Due to obsolete software that cannot be changed, the device's confusing UI, along with a lack of customizing choices on the Ledger Live app, has rendered my nano S worthless. There is minimal support available online, and consumers have repeatedly chastised the Ledger Support team.
Furthermore, hundreds of individuals' email addresses were exposed in a recent attack. I don't know the details of the attack, therefore I won't say anything further.
I would not suggest the Ledger Nano S to anyone interested in getting into the crypto world.

- One of the few options for a cold wallet.
Cons
- Support staff that isn't very helpful.
- User interfaces that are difficult to navigate.
- It is not possible to upgrade old firmware.
