Great survey tool with many features and great customer support!
It's easy for people who are not used to it (like me) but also has lots of helpful features like reporting/dashboards etc.. I dislike how you can't give feedback in real time while taking an online survey - which would be nice! You have all your data at hand when performing any analysis so there isn’t much room left over if things go wrong or don; t work as expected during testing phase.- The ability to set up multiple KPIs with different thresholds / ranges helps keep everyone focused without getting too specific about what exactly they should track within each KPI:- Having access via mobile app makes life easier than logging into our webpage everyday-.
