The ability of having metrics for your team's goals (OKR) with other users in different teams was very helpful when creating our own objectives or tracking progress towards those set by others within my org. It's easy for people who are not used to it (like me) but also has lots of helpful features like reporting/dashboards etc.. I dislike how you can't give feedback in real time while taking an online survey - which would be nice!
