The ability of having metrics for your team's goals (OKR) with other users in different teams was very helpful when creating our own objectives or tracking progress towards those set by others within my org.

It also helped us keep track what we were supposed be doing versus how much time I spent looking at social media sites like Instagram! Not many features but it got me up & running right away so no complaints there either :) -ability to communicate between teammates who are not physically together-it provides good visualization of where you stand/progress compared to everyone else.-great tool if used properly!
