Very good Computers and accessories

Works great for VHS transmission. My problem was that I had the wrong software, so I found OBS Studio to work very well. I'm not good at new things, but this recorder does what it's supposed to do. I struggled and blamed the device until I realized my software was wrong. Don't blame this device. Check your software. Now I can switch quickly.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Not what they say they are.

Now I have 2 of these and both suck. I don't think this is the real BlueAVS they claim to be as it is just a printed label put on a generic box. Both of my cards are overheating and losing video while streaming. I bought 2 of these and they both report differently when connected. One is "HDMI to USB" and the other shows "Macro Silicon". One also registers as a 720p 60Hz card while the other shows 1080p 60Hz. They don't seem to have quality control. If you're looking for a cheap capture card…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast

  • Crumpled

Amazing, especially for the price

EDIT NOTE: There are some small tears on the screen when there is a lot of movement but I could only notice it by watching Hulu on it, had never noticed it I swear, that this thing has to be done with magic because it works just as well as expensive capture cards for only about $17 after tax, it also ships the same day I ordered it around 3pm on July 10th and am next day when i woke up it was already in front of my door. One problem is that it heats up very quickly due to the aluminum body. It…

Good capture card, works on Linux

Do not use an extension cord! This cable is not rated for the data rate required for 1080p 60 fps. Couldn't figure out why it was only getting 10fps at 1080p, then I removed that by plugging directly into a high speed USB port and it worked. Does what it's supposed to do, 1080p 60fps. Works on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) without drivers. There is no built in encoder so I use an emulated encoding which works quite well. Displayed as the default video stream.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Can be damaged

Video colors are too saturated

Great if you use it to record games. However, when using this with the camera as a webcam, the color of the video becomes overly saturated. Not natural looking at all. I used this with the Canon M50. The colors looked terrible so I sent it back. You need to spend extra money for Elgato Cam Link which offers much better video quality.

Pros
  • Not only useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Weak

Excellent quality 1080p60 cap card

Excellent HDMI cap card for the price. I've read that they get warm with use, at 1080p30 it's room temperature, 1080p60 is a bit warm. Nothing relative. Worked great for 4 hours. Instant OBS detection without drivers. That alone is worth it, open source support is the way to go. Entry delay is allowed. Far improved from older offerings. For a handle, it really shines. No problem with limitations in protecting HD content. Probably works with any HDMI device. Version v2 of Coffee Color outputs…

  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Infurias

Does NOT produce 1080p 60 fps

Does NOT produce 1080p 60 fps. The sticker on the box says 60Hz and the manual says 30Hz. So at best 720p 70fps or 1080p 30fps. Do not be fooled.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • There are doubts

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not what they claim

The listing says 1080P 60 output, the outside of the box says 1080P 60 output, the manual says 1080P 30 output, I can only test 1080P 30 output . The sound is also very preserved with little echo.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • There are flaws

1080P Plug and Play via USB

5 stars for the price. Sends HD video from my Nikon and Canon cameras to my computer via USB so Zoom sees them as regular webcams. Plug and play - no drivers or software required. Displays color bars when there is no HDMI input. Works on all Windows and Chrome OS computers I've tried.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Expensive
