WILL NOT FIT my "Standard Fan "

Probably great for many "Standard Fan" but not the Phanteks fans I also bought from Revain. These brackets will only work if your fans have exposed corner flanges. If the fans have solid angled flanges like mine, these brackets are nowhere near long enough to fit through the fans. It's probably my fault for not shopping carefully enough, but for me they were useless.

great if you notice a little difference in size between the gaps

good I have a computer that needs 6 fans 2 of the standard fans died and one started making noise so I decided to get new fans and buying these mounting rivets and well sometimes it was easy to install the rivets, sometimes it was difficult or they broke, then I noticed that there was more gap on one side than the other, I started to see a big gap on the fan side and there were no more problems because as a test i put rivets on a noisy dying fan and they worked fine even with a few broken ones…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Nothing here

So convenient to have! - Computer screws

Useful for DIY projects. Keeps all fans away from the case and keeps them quiet. I also repurposed them to work with a 2.5" SSD SATA III in a 3.5 slot so I don't need any screws :^) I don't think it would be advisable to use them at high To use heat like thermal sync. Ideal for simple body adjustments.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Fairly ok, but...

Perfect! Exactly what you want and hope will happen.

Note that your fan should have two screw holes on each corner, not one long screw hole. Usually you insert the long end into the screw hole, then grab the end and pull. As it stretches, the bump disappears. Do this with all four corners, then place the jar where you want it and pull the thicker short pieces through the body. The rubber rims form a good vibration barrier, and the whole thing acts like a rubber screw for extra dampening. Vibration.

  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Not the best

Does a great job of isolating fan noise.

I usually mount computer fans directly to the case. My new build was very quiet, but I could notice that some vibration noise was transmitted to the computer case and the case acted like a sound box. I had never tried these rubber isolators before and decided to give it a try. Remember that there are 2 different rooms. A thinner gap is installed on the case side and a thicker gap is installed on the fan side. When installing, install on the fan first as it takes quite a bit of force to pull…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

They work!: Computer components

A little fat to crawl through, but with a little care they're in and your fans are silently installed. Pretty neat little things!

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Can I add a few things

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quiet and does what it says on the tin

They work exactly as you would expect. They keep the fans quiet and eliminate the need to tap the threads in the fan mounting tabs or in the computer case. They are pretty soft and pretty easy to install. Just make sure to insert the thick part into the fan tube and the thin part into the side of the computer case. If the bolt won't go through the fan mount or through the case, gently pull it in a circular motion to trick the thick end, and if that doesn't work, use some window cleaner to…

They break but seem solid

As mentioned, they break quite often. It's good that there were so many of these that you have backups if they break. Once inside, they feel pretty solid. I don't think assembly would have been possible without needle-nosed pliers or tweezers.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never
