I received this vest as a gift and it is amazing. It fits perfectly and warms up very quickly. The screws in this set are of very poor quality, causing them to easily strip or break during installation. Although they are advertised as stainless they rusted within a few weeks of use. I have a Monoprice Mini and my head got jammed. I think I damaged it trying to repair it, so I went looking for replacements. The only differences between this and the monoprice head are that the tip is a bit longer and the section on the Monoprice that goes into the heatsink is unthreaded.
