The first package sent had a frame with bolt holes that didn't line up. They immediately sent a replacement without requesting return of the first package. So I bought this to hang up a chair hammock I've had in storage for awhile. The hammock I have is a little too tall for the stand, and my husband cannot sit in it without bumping the floor, but I can, so maybe that is just fine. It actually came with a hammock chair, so now I have two. I cannot see anything on the website indicating that the hammock holder comes with a hammock. Maybe it was a fluke. But now I have another hammock in storage . . .

Love this stand its durable and secure. My only complaint is that it should be a foot taller to accommodate the more flowy chairs like sky chairs. This sways gently when you sit in so I do not recommend this to anyone who gets motion sick at the slightest movement. Im not a swing person due to dizzyspells but I can handle this just fine and find my self so relaxed when sitting in this chair.

The stand is heavy and very sturdy. However, it has a lot more flex in it than I expected. It says it is rated to hold up to 380lbs. I hung a hammock chair on it with the the seat just below waist level. When I sat in the chair the frame flexed to the point that the seat of the chair was only about a foot off the ground. At the beginning, I did have so issues with the delivery of my two C-Stands. I put them together and hung my sky chairs. They work beautifully. With the sky chairs they need to be adjusted high, so when you sit in them you don’t have your seat touching the C-Stand legs.On only issue, the C-Stand box states 320 lbs capacity not 450lbs capacity.

It appears to me that this product needs a more detailed review. I actually selected this product over others because of it's higher weight rating and low price. Prime shipping was unavailable but I ordered early in the season. The box arrived in good shape and all of the parts were in place. Also tools needed for assembly were included. Update: contacted the company a month ago because the weld near the base sepreated. The company sent one relacement piece which was wrong. It wasn't even a part of the stand we own. So we took pictures and asked for the correct part. We recieved a fully sealed box soon after and it was completely empty. We have requested a refund. Bolt holes are misaligned. My husband had to redrill the holes to make it work. Also my bum hits the support legs. It's sturdy, and heavy, but I wouldn't purchase it again

I'm digging it so far. :-) Just got this today, put it together with the tools provided in just a few minutes. I had read other reviews about the chairs hanging too low, so I expected it and had to adjust accordingly so my rear isn't sitting on the bar. I'm weighing in at 230 and its feeling solid when I'm sitting in it.

The box had gotten damaged after they had shipped it. I contacted customer service and they were great! They shipped us the hardware and kept in contact with me until I received it. I was very skeptical of buying this at first but I've had this for about 6 months and it has held up. It holds my dad who is 220 pounds. It does make a creaking noise when he is in it and swinging. But doesn't when I'm in it and I'm 170. Would recommend

I had originally ordered this item as a support for my wife's hammock. The frame is built strong and sturdy but due to the gauge steel used in its construction, it was simply too heavy to keep with us in the RV. When I went to return it, Brandline helped me through the process every step of the way. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I would buy from Brandline again.

Used this stand for a Sky chair I had from the flower show a few years back that hung from a rafter in another house. In this house I needed something freestanding. This is great.

Bought the hammock chair. Instead of buying a S hook. We thought it would be easier to buy a stand so we could move it around in the back yard or even front yard if we want to. But it is a bit too low for our hammock chair. We had to shorten the rope a lot when we hand it in order to avoid the bottom touching the stand. It was pretty easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. We bought two chairs and we are second guessing if we want to buy a second stand for our second chair.
