need 2 people to assemble which is no biggie. you have to oil the pole it gets squeaky. it lasted one month and broke where it was wielded. my 13 year old was the only one who used it, it shouldn't of broken under his weight of 100 pounds. luckily he wasn't too hurt when it suddenly broke because the pole is really heavy and could of really hurt him.

Very happy with the product. I used it for a hammock chair and could have used a couple of inches more in height to avoid touching the base. However, I was able to make some adjustments to the hammock and it works fine. Very stable.

Love it! There was a typo in the directions that led me to believe we were shorted two washers,at first, but it worked out. I'm a 48 year old, female, and I assembled this myself!

It's a good and sturdy stand. However it's too small for my sitting hammock I got in Venezuela.We figured out how to shorten the hammock above the wooden bar so I can use the stand. it would be much better if it would be a foot or half foot higher.

I purchased this for my classroom. It was very easy to assemble (less than 10 minutes!). We have removed the rug from underneath it because it was a little too slippery and moved around too much. But without the rug this works great. My students love to sit in the swing as a reward! Very sturdy and easy to use.

This is an awesome stand. It arrived in the mail in perfect condition 3 days after placing the order. It was simple to assemble and all the tools needed were provided with the stand. The stand is quite heavy, but I'm not super strong and easily put it together myself in maybe 15 minutes following the instructions provided. It feels extremely sturdy! Five stars for customer service! Bought this a few years ago and had lost some of the bolts while moving it. The company sent us replacement parts even tho it had been ages! Put it back together again and it’s like new. Fantastic!

I have a hammock swing and would prefer to have it hang from the ceiling. But when I moved into a new apartment last year, I can't find anyone who will hang it. I have 10ft ceilings and that seems to put people off. So, I had to get the Zupapa swing hanger. It's easy to put together and hang a swing from it.

Purchased this stand, thinking it would be more reliable than Pier 1.have a Grandchild that I wanted to be safe, and I, myself, planned to spend a great deal of rime in the chair. First, I put a hammock chair with the stand, I very gently sat down one day, and it fell over and slammed me to the ground. Next i put my Pier 1 swingasan, tumped over with my daughter in it. At that point I gave it away.almost immediately both adults had fallen over with this stand.

I am happy with the purchase. Shipped and received quickly! I had it within two days despite the item not being available through Prime. I was able to put it together by myself. I did use my own tools rather than the tools provided because of personal preference, but it was convenient having the provided tools. I am small, so I cannot speak to the weight limit, but it works perfectly for me. It is the perfect height for the hammock I purchased.

Purchased this for our Hammock Sky XXL chair swing, the type that you can cocoon instead of sit. Daughter weighs 120 lbs and bottom touches the bar (as shown in picture) Also assembly was a challenge. Took me and daughter to assemble the base. the Top bar was easy. Good thing though, the tools are included in the kit.

Thought this was exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately it wasn't The chair stand solid and great looking but was unable to move it from place to place. Needed to be secured down in one spot.Customer service could not have been any better Explained my issue with the stand , nothing to do with quality of product and got refund with no problem.Would definitely due business with this company again

I like the product, but had two different sets directions, none of which addressed the spacers and where they are supposed to go.

They need to hire a new welder and inspector. And it can't be tightened enough to stop the wobble, which will ultimately break the crappy welds.

This frame was very easy to put together. The pieces fit easily together, and was sturdy. The chair that came with the frame hung too far off the ground for a shorter person to get into it. I had another hammock chair that I put on the frame and it worked great.
