I am very happy, they are soft, color is intense enough to use with other medium like markers (used with black sharpie in my photo), and the color selection is very decent. I was missing a light green color, and got two other greens, and skin colors are missing. But I just purchased a couple of Prismacolor pencils separately. I like these because they are thin enough that I can put them over the insoles that are already in my boots.
