Durable And Squeaky Christmas Dog Toys For Aggressive Chewers - Made With Non-Toxic Natural Rubber (Blue) Review

Our dog seems to really like this toy, she plays with it, bites it for hours and even sleeps with it. it looks really durable. She is a great Dane, wish the toy was a bit bigger but the size is accurate on the product description.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter's dog who is an aggressive chewer, so this feedback is based on two weeks. However, in two important areas this "toy" is already a hit, 1) Their dog immediately was drawn to and enjoyed the item (which isn't always the case!), and 2) Often toys are destroyed within hours and this toy remains in use and intact! I think the unique shape is also a positive, it allows the dog to "hold" it in his paws while chewing. All in all, very pleased so far!

UPDATE- This toy disappeared for a few days. We found it as Bailey was puking up chunks of it. She was so lethargic and we had to take her to the ER. She had an obstruction in her intestines. She is OK now. We will not be buying this particular toy again.***I got the cactus for my 10 month old plott hound. We have bought so many toys that she destroys in minutes, and the one toy we have from this brand is still in tact after months. It's hard to find chewy toys that she can not destroy and…

I have a strong husky pup and she can chew through anything. Its been over 3 weeks and there is very little wear and damage to the surface. She takes it with her to the kennel for bed time. Most definitely will buy again!

I received this toy 2 weeks ago for my pit bull and there's hardly any teeth marks at all in it and it quickly became his favorite toy he even takes it to bed with him and we play hard with it and it's holding up to everything he does with it just look at the photo all his other toys are usually destroyed within a few days even the Kong brand toys won't hold up as good as this toy cactus.

this is one of the best dog chew toys! i have a big dog, he chews through EVERYTHING i have bought en most toys from pet smart or petco or pet stores that are supposedly durable and super tough but this one right here is the best. usually they last him like 1 hour or 2 days but this has lasted us for a month or 2 now and it’s been great! definitely recommend

It's a challenge for her with this chew proof toy. That's my feedback. It is so durable. She has an obsession with chewing toys to pieces.

I was skeptical that this product was going to hold up to my dog. She truly chews through her toys at a rapid rate, never lasting more than a day. However I’ve had this toy for about two weeks and she hasn’t made a dent! The only reason I gave it a 4 on chew proof, is she did manage to puncture the squeak inside fairly quickly! Love the product though, and would definitely buy again!

My 75 pound pitbull loves this thing. This is the third one I've bought my dog! He is An anxious chewer so he will go at this thing for hours! He loves the squeaker and the cactus arms because he can hold it easily. He gets excited when I ask him if he wants another cactus lol

I have a pitbull who destroys plushy toys in seconds -even the ones marked "chew resistant”. She rips the squeakers out. She really enjoys this cactus toy as it continues to squeak, no matter how much she chews! It’s very durable, and she takes it indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend if you have an avid chewer like my pitty!

This seems to be pretty durable. It’s a hard rubber, not soft and flimsy. It’s lasted with my French Bulldog, but not sure it would last for a large/ x- large breed. I could see my mastiff mix chewing through it rather quickly

I bought this so our aggressive chewers would have something new to try and I liked that they offered a warranty. We all thought the mouth design was a bit odd, but gave it a go anyway. So far they haven't destroyed it, but are definitely leaving their mark on it. My only concern are the little pieces they can nip off and ingest not being safe in their stomachs.

This toy has a good plastic/Rubber that is not hard on the teeth. It is durable. It has held up well. All my dogs love this toy!

I loved the cute cactus and bought it for my greyhound/malinois puppy. 10 mins after I gave it to her the squeaker was broken and there were holes in the toy…. I didn’t expect this because of all the good reviews so I’m disappointed. Any dog owner knows that toys don’t last long but I thought this one would last just a LITTLE longer (at least a week). I think this toy is ok for small breeds but won’t last long with medium to large breeds. That, or I got a defective toy.

Had my doubts about the durability. My ACD pup chews stuff up in no time. Other than a little nub coming off here and there it’s still a good toy for my chewer.

The toy is sturdy and substantial but too heavy for my puppy. It is not her favorite toy but she may grow into it. May be too large for some dogs to comfortably hold!

I was hoping the squeaker lasted longer. The main portion of toy is durable for chewing, but for my dogs if it no longer squeaks they don’t play with it anymore.

Our 50 lb mix breed doesn't give up on a new toy until he "breaks it". Some last minutes, some longer. The Cactus is still in tact after a couple of months. Good investment!

I can never keep dog toys because my dogs will have them shredded in pieces within the first hour. After reading some reviews on this I've decided to order and test it out. It's been over a month and it's still going strong! I will definitely be purchasing more!

My dog doesn't seem to take the initative to take the toy into his mouth due to the "arms" on the toy. However, this could be a temporary thing until he gets used to the toy. Other than that, he likes the toy to chew and lick.
