I have two German Shepherds and I can say this has held up well. The fabric at the top is thick and durable. The rubber is strong and I don't see any tears or rips after a solid month of use.The only issue I had with this dog toy was that the squeaker was unbearably loud. We love these pineapples! We have 2 wiener dogs & they are AGGRESSIVE chewers. Toys come to die in our house. Thankfully this brand can withstand their destructive nature! I dont usually leave reviews, but My xlbully destroys all her toys within 5 minutes. Even the bones my butcher boyfriend brings her. This toy has lasted two days so far, even tho she is constantly trying to tear it to pieces. Only issue is the squeaky part tore up as soon as I unpacked it and squeaked it once. So 4 stars for that issue. But the durability of the actual toy is amazing! And heavy, so good for her neck muscles!

I was hoping it would be a little more durable but from my experience indestructible dog toys that last don’t have fabric. I bought this cute pineapple for my Rex (pic) and my nephew Drama (1 yr old pitbull mix), each for their respective sizes. Rex loves to nibble at the green textured pineapple leaves, he is a bit small to throw it around but it serves a good purpose. Now Drama loves chewing so he bites it making it squeak, and squeak and squeak, lol! And he is a chewer and it has been just fine, no pieces missing so far. Great gifts for the doggies!

My Jack is a power chewer. He will shred a black kong in minutes. This has lost a few leafs. ( Had to cut them off). Because he got the best of them. But it's still here after 2 months and he love it.

Our lab, Jack Russell, and GSD LOVE this squeaky bouncy pineapple! When not playing fetch, they like to chew on it. They have had it over a week with no punctures or tears. I will be getting more so they don’t have to share!

EZ absolutely demolishes toys. It’s incredibly frustrating but even Kong toys end up in shreds. I had very little hope of this bird or the Pineapple surviving more than a few hours but over a week later and this bird toy is still going strong. The Pine Apple has lost a couple leaves but also still functional and our two play tug with it several times a day

My dog didn't know what to make of this at first. It doesn't make any noise and there's pretty much zero give in the material. It's heavy and bounces weirdly. If it gets thrown/dropped on a hardwood floor with any force, I worry I'm going to end up with a hole in a wall or something. I gave it 3 stars because it's definitely durable. I'm not sure how entertaining/stimulating it is for my particular dog though.

After reading the reviews that say this toy is indestructible, I am convinced I own a raptor instead of a Brittany spaniel. She managed to chew the leaves off within minutes and I cut the leaves at the stem to prevent her from ingesting the material. Without the leaves she was lost and somehow managed to chew chunks off of the side. The toy is durable and so far has stood up against my aggressive biter. I rated the product 3 stars because we've only had it since Christmas and the green part of the pineapple has ripped and the squeaker has already broke. The main part is sturdy, but the rest needs some work.

I got this for my Amstaff/boxer mix who typically destroys most toys. The leaves of the pineapple are fabric and were gone the first day. Around day three or four, he "killed” the squeaker and the rest lasted until today. The top of the pineapple will separate and become a choking hazard. Once the top was off, it made it easier for him to chew pieces off so I had to take it. I wish they had made it without the separation at the top and it would have lasted much longer.
