I liked the rope legs on donkey stuffed toy. It has a squeaker so my German Shepherd tried to pull it out immediately. He ripped the cloth on the back & I pulled out the squeaker & stuffing. He chewed the back rope legs in half so I pulled them out & threw away. After gutting & remodeling the dog toy, it’s safer for him to chew on. Toy looks like a disaster but still able to play with.

I was hopeful that this would last a bit longer-it’s a heavier stuffed toy-it feels like it should last a lot longer than my cheaper toys-it feels nice and soft…my mini Aussie puppy loves to play tug and chew on fluffy toys-unfortunately within a hour for one and within three hours for the other-he has found a way to rip the toys open:( I actually bought 3-but if your dog doesn’t like to rip toys apart-this is an excellent toy!

I got this for my 3 yr old girl (border collie/brittany mix) who is a chewer, in the sense she likes to pull the fluff or fur out of most toys.She didn’t seem too interested in this, but she does play with it a little. Or she did until my daughter’s dog (a husky puppy mix) played with it. LOL! She likes to play tug-o-war so that was a thing…. My 5 month old German Shepherd mix is quite a chewer, and has destroyed several stuffed toys, including 2 of the outward hound hedgehogs. (1 of them was ripped open within 1/2 hour of receiving it.He has had this donkey toy for 2 weeks, loves to play tug with it and chews on it a lot, but so far it has held up very well; no rips or tears, just one of the ears missing a small chunk. The ears crinkle when he chews them, so that part is a favorite of his.I plan on buying him another one if or when

Love this toy! My Dutch Shepherd goes crazy over these! He loves ropes and loves stuffed animals and this combines the two!Love how the ropes are adjustable for tugging and I can throw it easily and he can catch easily with out worrying about it hitting his teeth and face hard.Don't know how durable the stuffed animals are at this point so I try to keep him pulling on the ropes.

Ordered this as it was for a large dog. I have ordered other toys for my dog but they just lasted 1 day until the squeaker was out and the body had holes in it. Right now this product has held up well but have only had it for a few days. Can play tug of war without it coming all apart. My dog just loves his toys. He was neglected and mistreated and don't think he ever had any toys.

Durable and survived a male golden retriever roughly pulling and biting it. Great bright dog toy with ropes that kept my dog happy and busy and playful! Would get again!

This toy is super cute, fun to tug, and has a squeaker. My border collie/cattle dog rescue pup chewed it to absolute threads within a couple weeks.

this is a 200 pound male english mastiff who destroys all plush toys. He has had this a month and it still lives! He loves it. Bought the seahorse and the cow hoping for the same durability.

My 6m blue nose pit destroyed it in one session. If it was made with kevlar maybe it would have lasted longer but this boy knows how to destroy toys.

From the photos, and the price, I expected this to be larger than it was. The squeaker only squeaked twice before it stopped. It took my dog (pitbull) less than 20 minutes to gnaw the head and pull out the stuffing. I like the material, and the rope. Not good value, though, for the price.

My dog is an aggressive chewers and this toy lasts a while. The rope legs are fun to play tug of war with. Thanks for attention.

So let me start by saying such a cute toy. Down side is my dog was able to get a hole in the toy and not only the stuffing out but also the squeaker in about an hour. Once we removed the stuffing the toy is now lasting longer and the ropes have held on pretty good. It’s only been a few days but not too bad if you take out the stuffing ahead of time.

I bought two of these for two different canine friends.They both loved them! They're durable and reasonably priced. That's my feedback.

Way too small for large breeds playing tug a war but they loved it and I couldn’t find the size when I ordered (it WAS noted). We have the hippo and cow! They prefer squeaky toys, and having a body squeak was great. Nice tough material. Except until they unraveled the legs! So—they had 3 great days with it—and we’ll see if they continue to enjoy with the shorter woven legs! I need one three times the size! ❤️

This cute toy is well constructed, with a strong synthetic lining under the outer fabric. My dog loved it - to death. She’s an aggressive chewer: Standard plush toys last her from 2 to 36 hours. This one lasted maybe 4 days? She loves plush toys, and this is one of 2-3 brands I’ve found that are not seemingly made of tissue and mushrooms 🙄. But after she demolished the toy after this one in just 2 days, I gave up. My dog just can’t have plush toys. This one would be great for dogs who don’t…

The dog says if you can make a version of this dog toy that would lick him while he chewed on it, then he'd be super happy. But, if he has to pick between chewing on this toy or licking himself, he said he's going to just lick himself and call it a day.

This toy is super cute. Buuuut, it didn't last very long tho as it only took about a week for my 8 month old, 50# BernieBoodle to chew off the rope legs and rip into the body to get to the stuffing. I'm sure it would last longer if your dog is smaller or a less aggressive chewer.

It's cute. Our dog loves it but it's knotted legs don't stay knotted and it becomes a choking hazard. So far he still has it, legless but we definitely have to supervise him with it to make sure it's safe for him.

Mini Aussie LOVES this chew and tug toy! It is withstanding the tug of war games and the rope legs are his favorite chew part. Ordered a second one today for his Christmas!
