Perfect for neck and upper shoulder pain

This is a wonderful microwaveable heating pad. I had the same one for years, but my husband decided to ignore the directions and repeatedly heated it for several minutes at a time over the course of about four hours. I never had any issues with it, when heating it according to the directions. This time however, it burned a small hole in the fabric. He took it out of the microwave without noticing and we had thousands of little ceramic beads pour out all over the kitchen. A month later I'm still

Neck Pain No More: my feedback

This replaces the same item I got as a gift that I over heated the first in my Microwave. What a mess, my fault, DO NOT OVER HEAT THIS ITEM,(follow directions) it will degraded the covering, thus releasing, and I am not kidding, thousands of sand-like pellets everywhere. Very nice neck wrap

I've only heated this neck wrap in the microwave, yet find it to work so much better than my other neck wrap. My older neck wrap smells funny when heated and the beads inside can all roll down to one end or the other - which can be nice if you want the beads concentrated only in one area. Comfortable, Warm and Long Lasting

I find this really helpful for neck and shoulder stiffness due to it's comfort and long lasting warmth. I find 1 minute is plenty of time to warm it up. The 1 minute 30 seconds on the packaging is too long for the wattage of my microwave.

Bulky yet effective.

Was looking for a unscented microwaveable option for a sore and spasming neck and this does the trick. Provides temporary relief as needed. It’s a little bulky, as I am a small framed individual, so took quite a bit of adjusting to make it comfortable and effective.

Amazing product for my opinion

I love my heating pad. Just pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds and you get an amazing moist heat pad. It has helped my neck so much and I’ve even started using it on my back too. I highly recommend it!

Best moist heat quality. Not a perfect product though.

This product if far from perfect but the moist heat quality is better than any other pad I tried.Yes,it can break, in which case you'll need to buy another. So just take better care of it and it will last you longer. It could be that the thin fabric is the reason it works well, that is the heating being very soothing.

Terrific product-- you won't be disappointed!

I purchased this six years ago and honestly I don't know how I ever lived without it. I use it almost every morning to help relieve pain and stiffness from an old neck injury. (I even take it on vacations with me.) After six years it still heats as it is supposed to, with no bad smells like some other wraps. Lost first one - HAD to buy another

Ice is my friend when I hurt. I have degeneration in my neck and this always makes it better. It isn't too heavy on my aching neck and shoulders. Don’t Waste Your Money

This is a total waste of money. It’s very comfortable to wear but it won’t hold in the heat longer than 5 minutes. I tried wrapping a towel or blanket around my neck on top of this to see if that would help hold the heat in and still nothing after 5-6 minutes. Don’t waste your money.

Best microwave heating pad

You put this in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds. It get really really hot. Much hotter than a heating pad. It’s nice to tie around your neck or around your waste for your back. I have BAD stomach aches and it helps relax your tightened muscles. Only negative is that you have to put it back in the microwave to get hot again but now only a minute is enough. Can’t live without it!

Good concept but needs work

I have used and do use this wrap but it is not the best. The fabric is scratchy which turns me off unless I really have to have cold relief. The ties/strings make putting the wrap on very difficult. I find I wrap a scarf around my neck and the wrap so I can get a better fit. The wrap doesn't hold the temperature very long. I have to different neck wraps and neither hold the temp. my husband gets migrains and loves to use this. the heat really helps and it stays warm for quite some time. He puts it for max of about 1 min and 40 seconds in the microwave and it last quite some time.

This was torn at the binding seam and little beads were escaping even before I opened the package. Revain wouldn't accept as a return/replacement/refund, don't know why, became trapped in the endless Revain "customer service" loop. Also, it didn't have the ties as advertised. This product feels great to have on and does not carry any yucky smells after heating in the microwave. It stays warm for only about 20 minutes, but that seems worth it to me at this price.
