my husband gets migrains and loves to use this. the heat really helps and it stays warm for quite some time. He puts it for max of about 1 min and 40 seconds in the microwave and it last quite some time.
- Can be microwaved for quick and easy heating
- The wrap may not be suitable for those with pacemakers
