I purchased this six years ago and honestly I don't know how I ever lived without it. I use it almost every morning to help relieve pain and stiffness from an old neck injury. (I even take it on vacations with me.) After six years it still heats as it is supposed to, with no bad smells like some other wraps. The only reason I gave it four stars is because after a few months of use, the white fabric started to become dingy and dirty looking. I have washed it using the recommended instructions but cannot get rid of the stains. This could be easily remedied by having a removable washable cover--which I intend to make when I purchase a new one. Also the wrap is quite long and difficult to keep from sliding off if you are a smaller person. I usually wrap the ties around and tie them in the back which helps a little.
